How do I search for a plan?

In the search text box enter either the plan number or the plan name. Once you start entering your search text a list of matching plans appear. Select the one you desire.

How do I calculate the premium / commission?

Once you select the plan, enter the required information. Then click the 'Premium' icon () to calculate premium or the 'Commission' icon () to calculate the commission.

How do I share a premium quotation using SMS / Social Media?

Once you have calculated the premium, click the 'Share' icon () to share the premium quote through SMS or any social media service.

How to compare multiple plans?

In the premium results screen, click the 'Add to Compare' button () to add that plan for comparison. Repeat this step for all the other plans that you need to compare. Finally click the 'Compare Premiums' button () to view a color-coded comparison of all the specified plans. Plans that are added for comparison can also be viewed by clicking the 'Compare Premiums' button in the home screen.

What is this 'Recently Used' feature?

To save you time and energy, instaPremium automatically adds the last 5 distinct plans for which you have calculated premium / commission to the 'Recently Used' list. So the next time you return to instaPremium, you can jump to any one of those 5 plans directly from the 'Recently Used' list. You don't have to search for the plan every time from the plans list.

How to quickly access a plan's features from the premium calculator?

In the premium calculator screen for a plan, just swipe from right to left. This will switch to the plan information screen. One can also click the 'PLAN INFO.' tab at the top right corner to open the plan information screen.

How to purchase a product offline?

Please follow the instructions given below for purchasing the activation key offline. You can purchase multiple keys (for your colleagues or subordinates) if you wish.
First deposit the money for the key(s) to our account. After depositing the money, please send the following details to offlinepurchase@dbreign.com:
  1. Photo of the deposit slip counterfoil (or the transaction id if you are depositing the money using net banking).
  2. Your email address (to send the activation key).
  3. Your mobile number (without +91).
On receiving your mail, we will verify the transaction and mail you the activation key(s) and order particulars thereafter.

How to renew my subscription offline?

To renew your subscription, first deposit the renewal fee to our account. After depositing the money, please send the following details to offlinepurchase@dbreign.com:
  1. Photo of the deposit slip counterfoil (or the transaction id if you are depositing the money using net banking).
  2. Your activation key (Hint: Search your email for a mail from activation-noreply@dbreign.com. It contains the activation key).
On receiving your mail, we will verify the transaction and renew your subscription for one year. You will be initimated (via email) once the subscription is renewed.

How to purchase a product online?

Navigate to the page for the product that you wish to purchase. Add the product to the cart with the required information. Make the payment through our secured payment gateway. An Activation key will be sent to you which you can use to activate the product.

Our secured payment gateway (powered by CCAvenue) supports the following payment options:

What is meant by the 'ZIP Code' field in the billing page?

'ZIP Code' is simply your postal PIN Code.

What is meant by 'CVV'?

Visa and MasterCard cards:
Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.

American Express cards:
Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your Card Identification Number (CID). The CID is the four-digit code printed just above the Account Number.

What should I fill in the 'Instructions' field in the billing page?

'Instructions' is an optional field and you may leave it blank.

I cannot find my Bank's Debit Card listed in the billing page. What should I do?

Check whether your card is a VISA card. If it is, you will find a VISA logo on your card. For such cards select the 'VISA Debit Card Issued in India (VBV)' option and proceed. If it is a MasterCard, select the 'MasterCard Debit Card Issued In India (MSC)' option.

I made the payment but have not received the activation key. What should I do?

Please check the SPAM / JUNK folder of your e-mail id. The mail containing the activation key should be there. If you cannot find the e-mail there, please wait for 24 hours. If you have not still received the activation key please email us at contactus@dbreign.com referring your order id, phone number and the email id.

Troubleshooting

I am having trouble activating my application. What should I do?

Product activation requires an internet connection. Please check to make sure that your phone is internet enabled. Also take care to enter the activation key exactly as it appears in the e-mail.

I have an Android phone. I do not see the application in Google Play Store

It is fairly likely that you have an older version of Android which we do not support. Our applications are supported 2.2 (Froyo) and above.

How to transfer my activation key to a new phone?

  1. Open the unlocked version of the app (the one in your old phone) and click the 'Overflow' () button in the home screen.
  2. This will open a drop-down menu. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click 'Surrender Activation Key'.
  4. Once again click the 'Surrender Activation Key' button in the new screen. Click 'OK' when asked for confirmation.
  5. Wait for the surrender process to complete. Upon successful surrender, the message 'Surrender Successful!' in Green color will be displayed.
  6. Finally, unlock the app in your new phone using your existing activation key.

In what case do I surrender my activation key?

You should surrender the activation key before:
  1. You delete/ un-install the app from your device.
  2. You perform a factory reset of your device.
  3. 'Clear data' of the app from your device using the Android app manager.
Failing to do so will result in the loss of your activation key. However, you can get your activation key back by paying the renewal fee.

How to update to the latest version?

Free trial users will get the update from Google Play. Paid users should use the 'Check For Updates' option to manually check for update or tick the automatic update checker.

What is the policy for Refund?

We do not provide any refund. We try to ensure that you like the product before you buy. So you are encouraged to try our free version (with limited policies) before you buy. All purchases are final.
